2016 International Sweetheart, Bridget Boyd

The Offices of the Grand Chapter is proud to announce Tau Kappa Epsilon's 2016 International Sweetheart, Bridget Boyd.

Bridget is the representative of Alpha-Tau Chapter at Drexel University. She is a sophomore with a 3.75 GPA and is majoring in Design & Merchandising. She is on the Dean’s List and has a Drexel Athletic Scholarship. She received the Drexel Dragon Award, Excellence in Color Design, and 2015 Most Spirited Team Member. Activities include Philadelphia Flyers Ice Girl, Dragon Concert Series Committee Assistant Director, High School Peer Counselor, High School JV & Varsity Cheerleading Captain, and former Drexel University Division I Cheerleader. Other leadership positions include Mini-THON Line Dance Chair and Senior Chair, and Community Service Corps Vice President.

Bridget said in her application, “Getting to know this Fraternity has been so rewarding. These men truly are driven by love, charity, and esteem. One of the reasons I love TKE so much is because of their drive to give back. Community service is very important to me. I think I can speak for most Sweethearts when I say the bond between the brotherhood is incredible, and to be a part of that is one of the rewarding parts of my college career.”

Thank you to all of the qualified applicants from across the United States and Canada.

Congratulations, Bridget, on becoming the 2016 TKE International Sweetheart!
