Tau Kappa Epsilon is committed to providing mental, moral and social development opportunities for our collegiate and alumni members – and through them, building a better world. The Foundation is proud to support Fraternity Leadership Development programming such as the following:
For Collegiate Members
- Named Scholarships are available to members of TKE that meet the criteria of each scholarship award.

- SOAR Scholarship Program is designed to help each chapter and colony create an environment that fosters academic success in all members. See the
SOAR Manual for more details on how to start this program with
your chapter.
- Leadership Development consultations – TKE staff work as chapter consultants: providing essential guidance to chapters; serving as mentors to encourage leadership development of members.
- Educational Leadership conference grants – chapters with funds in their special project accounts can receive grants to assist with their registration for TKE educational conferences.

For Alumni Members
- The Fraternity recognizes the need to supplement alumni programming especially in areas without active area alumni associations. With Foundation funding, the Fraternity will be able to create and implement more quality alumni programming and leadership training.
- Director of Alumni Relations – a staff position designed to devote full attention on alumni programs such as the Alumni Association program and the Life Loyal Teke program.
