Frater Chris was initiated in the Alpha-Pi Chapter at George Washington University in 1996, where he served as Grammateus, Epiprytanis, Prytanis, Hegemon, and Recruitment Chairman. He is a graduate of the TKE Leadership Academy and attended the TKE Centennial Celebration in Boston, MA.

As a Teke volunteer, Chris has attended numerous Conclaves, Regional Leadership Conferences, and Province Education Conferences. He has received the Grand Prytanis Key Leader Award, been named Volunteer of the Month, and has held numerous alumni leadership roles including Chapter Advisor, Board of Advisors Chairman, Chesapeake Province Advisor, and DC Area Alumni Association President. He has served on the Alumni Involvement Committee, is a Life Loyal Teke charter member, and was admitted into the Order of the North. Chris maintains his membership with the DC Area Alumni Association as well as the Northeast Ironmen Alumni Association.

In his professional career, he works as a Senior Research Biologist in the Laboratory of Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health, where he performs vaccine research. He and his wife Annie reside in Bethesda, MD.
