Take a look at the schedule for the Regional Leadership Conference.
|4-7pm||Arrivals and registration|
Each workshop is designed as a piece of one of these five tracks.
We believe the lifeblood of our Fraternity deserves its own track, so this year, you can spend all day Saturday learning how to recruit, retain, and initiate both quality AND quantity on your campus. This track will begin the second you meet a potential new member and end at the moment he declares himself to be the Fraternity, FOR LIFE, and cover everything in between. We will take a look at the in-depth recruitment procedures of some of our top groups, the science behind closing a deal, how to use your brand to attract new members, and where to go once they’ve signed their bid. Whether your chapter/colony is struggling with membership numbers or initiating 50 men a year, this track will help you improve and give you the tools it takes to be a great recruiter.KRA Achievement
We know turning those red lights into green lights is a top priority for most TKE groups, and we want to help you be the first to 100% KRA scorecard completion. As you learn to fundraise for St. Jude, balance a chapter budget, collect dues, reduce risk and engage alumni, we are confident that by working to check all your boxes, you will become a stronger and more cohesive chapter, which will lead to success far past the RLC.Professional
Despite your best efforts, college will soon end (if it hasn’t already), and you’ll be looking to take the next step into adulthood. Through the professional track, you’ll learn to adapt to the real world, enhance your personal brand, land that first post-college job, and plan well past your twenties for all that life will throw your way. Some of TKE’s most successful staff members and alumni will guide your journey from the day you accept your diploma until the day you retire, and everything in-between.William V. Muse Alumni Academy
In conjunction with the RLC, the WVMAA will serve to equip our alumni volunteers and advisors to make a tangible impact on the communities they serve. We will study how to interact with today’s college student, how to recruit not just for your chapter/colony but for your own alumni and volunteer ranks, what the International Fraternity looks like moving forward and the role you play in that vision. Whether you are a 30-year volunteer or a college senior looking to stay involved past graduation, you will leave the Alumni Academy with a stronger sense of where TKE is headed and why you’re a vital part of our future.Best of the Rest
Combining everything we couldn’t squeeze into the first four tracks, our ‘best of the rest’ track will include a little bit of everything. You’ll have a chance to take in a session from a TKE VIP custom-tailored to their strengths and your interests, learn from the Grand Council about Conclave 2017, and sit face-to-face with some of our top chapters and learn from their successes and failures. Maximizing your learning options is important to us, and by including this track, we are confident every RLC attendee will have an opportunity to create his or her own path.
