Registration Forms

People who want to room together must submit their payment (in-full) and registration forms at the same time.Only those who choose a package with housing are eligible for the Group Delegation Discount (i.e., does not apply to Conference & Meals Only registrations).
To be eligible for the Group Delegation Discount (for every four men your chapter or colony is registering, you may deduct $10.00 per man), all registration forms and payment-in-full must be received at the same time.
A late fee of $25 per person will be levied on all registrations received by fax, online, or postmarked, 3 weeks prior to the start of each conference. Also realize that 3 weeks prior to each RLC, TKE must release its room block at the hotel and can no longer guarantee lodging at the conference facility.
No cancellations or refunds are allowed. Substitutions are accepted.
Unfortunately, no phone registrations can be allowed. Please use the Internet or send forms through the mail.
