About Willis HRH

Willis works in the design and administration of general liability insurance programs covering inter/national organizations and their college chapter operations. For many of these same clients we also provide insurance programs addressing chapter property, Directors' & Officers', crime & fidelity and member accident protection insurance. Specifically, Willis designs property and casualty insurance programs to insure the operations of college based student organizations, honor societies, leadership councils, and alumni/ae associations. Serving the greater fraternal community since 1991, Willis is proudly recognized as an associate member of the Association of Fraternity Advisors (AFA), the Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) and the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC).

  • Offer of financial assistance for staff attendance at the FRMT Risk Management College held each June in Indianapolis was offered
  • Publication and distribution of two newsletters each semester focusing on property and casualty risk management issues for fraternities and sororities.
  • Claim Management and Advocacy as well as assistance with Crisis Management through administration of the Member Accident Protection Program
  • Communications on issues such as freeze warnings; hurricane warnings; Lake Shasta, Unofficial, and Weekenders social events; as well as safe Halloween practices. 

Education and Risk Reduction Consulting Services

Willis is dedicated to serving fraternal organizations and their members. While we support and respect the values and standards upon which fraternities and sororities are based, we know that our clients’ members do not always live up to those values. Our educational initiatives are designed to provide fraternal organizations the knowledge and resources to effectively develop and maintain a positive risk management and insurance program. We believe that a message communicated frequently and consistently is the key to success. Our hope is our educational efforts will complement those of our client organizations and will enable them to reduce losses and increase the value of their members’ fraternal experience.
