Founders' Challenge
The Founders' Challenge is a mid-term recruitment drive. If you can utilize dynamic recruitment to recruit and initiate 5 new men before the end of the school term, you achieve the Founders' Challenge.For many of us, holding a candidate induction ceremony in the middle of the school term is a new idea. But by following the basic concept of dynamic recruitment, you will be able to identify and recruit quality men. If you accept the Founders' Challenge, your Regional Director can coach you through the process of identifying prospective members, inviting them to a fraternity event, listening and matching fraternity benefits with their needs, and asking them to join.
