Recruitment Business Cards
Option 1If you have the business card stock provided by TKE, then you need to create a Word document and overprint the Word document onto the card stock. Follow these instructions (pdf) for creating the Word document.

Option 3
Use our interactive pdf to create your own business cards and overprint them onto Avery 5871® business card stock. The interactive pdf automatically fills out all ten business cards each time you click your mouse.
Hints
Option 2 and Option 3 require you to print on Avery 5871® business cards. If they appear to be printing too small, be sure that your Acrobat Reader Page Scaling option (under File|Print|Page Handling) is changed from "Fit to Printer Margins" to "None".
If you have trouble finding Avery 5871® business card stock, make sure the replacement stock has ten cards per page. Each card measures 3.50" wide by 2.00" tall, which means there is a margin of 0.75" on the left and right of the pate, and a margin of 0.50" on the top and bottom of the page.
The interactive pdf is designed to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 (and higher) and Adobe Acrobat Standard Version 7.0 (and higher). If you have an older version, the interactive pdf will not load properly. When the interactive pdf loads correctly, you see one business card filled out and when you make changes to that card, the other 9 cards are automatically replicated.
If the Phone and Email fields don't seem to be replicating, try clicking your mouse on the Address field.
