INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The 2010 TKE Educational Foundation Scholarship Applications are online. Be sure to submit your information by February 15, 2010.

What do I need to do to apply?

Complete an online application form and send all required information and photographs to: Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, Attn: Joyce Ann Anderson, 8645 Founders Road, Indianapolis, IN 46268-1336, by February 15, 2010.

Enclose the following with your entry:

1. An 8" x 10" glossy "head and shoulders" photograph.
2. A copy of your most recent grade transcript (may be an official transcript or a student issued copy).

The materials being mailed must be postmarked no later than February 15, 2010.

After all entries have been received by the Offices of the Grand Chapter, the TKE Educational Foundation will review each candidate’s qualifications. Recognition of the recipients will be in an upcoming issue of The TEKE Magazine. All candidates will be notified of their award, if determined the winner.

He, and the chapter he represents, will be notified on or about March 31. All other applicants will be advised of the selections at this time as well.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Be sure to mail in the required photograph (Black & White, or Color). Applications without proper photos will be disqualified.
• The "head and shoulders" photo will be used in The TEKE Magazine. Computer generated or digital photographs may not produce the quality necessary for inclusion in the magazine. Please take all digital photographs to a digital processing center to be printed on photo quality materials.
• Also, avoid reclining positions, extreme head tilting, or hands on or near the face for the Head and Shoulders photo: it makes cropping difficult and detracts from the subject.
• Pack photographs carefully to avoid damage during shipment. Do not mount on a board or in a notebook.
