INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Tau Kappa Epsilon CEO Steven A. Ramos conducted roundtable discussions with members at each of the five Regional Leadership Conferences this past February. The feedback given was not only heard, but changes are being made to address each one. Frater Steven discusses in the first pair of videos what concerns and needs were asked by the groups. With each, he will explain how TKE will attempt to solve them.

Here, Frater Steven discusses a new approach to the biggest concern surrounding membership in TKE - Fees. A new structure is being introduced to help bring us in line with peer fraternities and help each chapter and colony with their recruitment.
