School has started for many chapters throughout TKE Nation. The hustle and bustle of spring recruitment, Red Carnation Ball and other activities will soon receive the most attention. To ensure you have a safe and fun term, the Offices of the Grand Chapter wants to keep you informed of these important Spring 2013 dates:

February 1-2
          Philadelphia RLC - Hyatt Penn's Landing



February 8-9

          Chicago RLC - Westin Chicago River North
 


February 15-16
          Elmer and Donna Smith RLC - Grand Hyatt Atlanta



February 22-23
          Greg and Cay Woodson RLC - Hilton Concord

March 1

          AMF Payment 2 of 2 due (if split payment was selected)


March 1-2

          Kansas City RLC - Sheraton Kansas City

March 4
          If financed, second half of 2012-2013 insurance due to JRF & Co.

March 15

          Charles R. Walgreen TKE Leadership Academy Applications Due
          Scholarship Applications Due (TKE Educational Foundation)

          TKE International Sweetheart Applications Due


March 15

          Second half of Chapter Assessment Fee Due ($390)

April 15
          Service and Philanthropy Audit Complete
          This is to check service hours completed and Philanthropy dollars raised are recorded in the Chapter Module

April 30

          Conclave Savings Plan due

          This ensures the chapter can send mandatory representatives to the biennial Conclave in Washington, D.C.
          August 8-11, 2013.

May 10

          All candidate and initiate fees must be paid

May 15

          Annual Report Due (available on the Chapter Module)

          Award Applications Due (available on the Chapter Module)
