Frater Adam Kearns Departs from TKE Professional Staff

Indianapolis, IN – Frater Adam Kearns has served our Fraternity as a Professional staff member since June of 2010. More recently, Frater Kearns has served as the Director of Standards the past two years. The Offices of the Grand Chapter are proud to announce that Frater Kearns will be moving on from the TKE Professional team. Adam has accepted a job as the Assistant Director of Risk Management for Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. His last day with the Offices of the Grand Chapter will be this week and he will begin his journey with Alpha Chi Omega on Monday, September 23rd.

Adam has learned many lessons while working at TKE that he will apply to his future, "I have learned an invaluable amount of knowledge about how to effectively develop better men, for a better world. Each and every situation and interaction is different than the one before. I have learned to be flexible, empathetic, a better Frater, and a better friend.   Working for the Fraternity has helped me develop my skills as an active listener. Through this, I have been able to better serve our members by truly addressing their concerns and providing them with the solutions they need" said Kearns.

Frater Kearns is a prime example of how working for Tau Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity can open doors and prepare you for a successful career. We wish Adam the best of luck in his future.
