The William V. Muse Alumni Volunteer Academy applications are due this Friday (1/17/2014) by 5pm ET. This is the premier leadership academy for TKE volunteers who are looking to sharpen their skills and help the groups they serve become even more successful.
The Volunteer Academy will take place concurrent to the Elmer and Donna Smith RLC in Atlanta, GA on Jan.31-Feb.1. This is a chance for advisors both well seasoned and less experienced to learn new strategies and share insights with peers to advance our fraternity. Guest presenters will be on hand to enhance participant skills in working with individuals and groups throughout the TKE Nation. Simulations, experiential learning, and lectures will give every attendee an opportunity to learn in different ways from the best presenters TKE has to offer. Highlights of the weekend:
- 40 attendees will be selected from applicant pool
- Event occurs from Friday, Jan. 31 @ 6 P.M. – Saturday, Feb. 1 @ 10 P.M.
- Participants must attend entire event
- All attendees will register as an Atlanta RLC participant at www.tke.org/rlc for the Atlanta RLC
- TKE will cover the cost of travel for all participants selected
