Thank You Lance Boehmer

Indianapolis, IN – Today is Frater Lance Boehmer's last day on the Fraternity's Professional Staff. He has served our Fraternity as a Professional Staff member since June of 2011. Since his time on staff, Lance has served the Fraternity in areas where he was needed most. He started as an Associate Regional Director in the Heartland Region (Region 3). He then served as the Fraternal Services Administrative Specialist helping out two regions in TKE Nation as well as becoming a vital asset to the fraternity's Regional Leadership Conferences and TKE Leadership Academy.

Boehmer has many fond memories of his travels in TKE Nation. "This year I was able to re-visit a chapter that I visited my first year on staff. It was amazing to see how the first visit continued to impact them as they continue to implement strategies we had talked about back then. The chapter had grown 3 times the size since I visited 2 years prior." His experience on Professional Staff helped to develop his public presentation skills and his ability to create dynamic influential messages.

Frater Lance has accepted a Marketing Specialist position with IndyGo (Indianapolis Department of Public Transportation). "I am most looking forward to working with neighborhood organizations and promoting the development of Bus Rapid Transit. I'm excited to be part of an organization that puts environmental sustainability at the forefront of everything. From their facilities to hybrid buses, public transportation makes a major impact on the carbon footprint in Indy." Lance starts his new adventure on Monday, April 28.

Chief Executive Officer, Frater Donnie Aldrich, said, "We wish Lance the best of luck as he transitions into this new opportunity and thank him for three years of service to the TKE Professional Staff. I have been able to work closely with Lance and his organization, work ethic, and passion to make TKE better each day is an example to our team. Lance truly believes TKE is the Fraternity for Life. We now have a tremendous new volunteer in Region 3!"

On behalf of the Offices of the Grand Chapter and TKE Nation, congratulations on your new position! Thank you for your service to TKE Nation, Lance!
