Q: When should I arrive? Is there a schedule available for the weekend?

A:Yes, a schedule can be found here. In addition, registration will be open
no later than 3PM. Please note the schedule is subject to change.

Q: What will I learn at a Regional Leadership Conference?

A:Regional Leadership Conferences are designed to improve the quality of leadership within a chapter or colony. You will participate in presentations, discussions, and problem solving sessions and learn the most innovative and effective chapter management skills and techniques. The sessions are designed to help you find answers to tough chapter problems and to stimulate new thinking in fraternal areas. Whether you're a new member, or a seasoned officer, there is something for you to do at the RLC.

Q: What does the registration fee include?

A:The registration fee includes the cost of lodging in the conference hotel (Friday and Saturday nights), all handouts and educational materials associated with the RLC, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and the Regional Banquet on Saturday evening.

Q: Who exactly from my chapter should attend?

A:The Regional Leadership Conferences are designed for all members of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Whether they just joined, are an officer in the chapter, a local volunteer, or a long-time advisor, all are welcome to attend.

Q: Can candidates who haven't been initiated attend?

A:Yes, candidates who want to become chapter officers are encouraged to attend. They can attend all RLC sessions except the ritual ceremony.

Q: What should I bring to wear?

A:The educational programming will take place in a casual setting free of formalities, however you must appear clean and neat. The Regional Banquet and Ritual ceremonies require shirt and tie.

Q: Must we attend the RLC in our specific area only?

A:We encourage you to attend the RLC in your region so that you can interact with nearby Fraters and chapters. But if the date is inconvenient, you should attend a Regional Leadership Conference in a different region.

Q: Will there be time to explore the sites in the conference host city?

A: If you want to spend time in the host city, you need to arrive early Friday or stay late on Sunday.

Q: Will there be a chance to meet with TKE volunteers and staff during the conference?

A: Yes. Members of the Grand Council, TKE Staff, Grand Province Advisors, and other key TKE leaders will be participating in the Regional Leadership Conferences.
