Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities
As the Chief Financial Officer, I am responsible for the overall financial management of TKE and TEF. I have the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of both organizations. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, property management, deal analysis and negotiation, partnership compliance and financing activities.

About Me
I graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint and started my public accounting career with Deloitte & Touche in the Detroit Office. One of my clients at D&T was the promoter of the open-wheel race series, Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART). I left D&T to become the Controller of CART, rising to the position of Chief Financial Officer. During my tenure at CART we took the Company through an Initial Public Stock Offering and through the negotiation and sale of the Company’s assets to the company that eventually merged with the Indy Racing League. I left the motorsport industry and joined Rolls-Royce, the jet engine manufacturer, at their Indianapolis facilities where I led the start up of their North America Finance Service Center among other responsibilities. I joined the TKE/TEF staff in January of 2012.

What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I am married to my beautiful wife Becky and have three grown daughters. We enjoy traveling and visiting our family around the country. I enjoy watching most sporting activities and also enjoy getting out on the golf course. I am a volunteer for the Kairos Prison Ministry where I serve as the treasurer for the State of Indiana and volunteer chaplain at the Pendleton Correctional Facility; a maximum security prison in Indiana.
