Director of Expansion
Epsilon-Kappa
Loyola University Chicago
Responsibilities
As Director of Expansion for the Fraternity, I lead and assist our growth and expansion teams. These functions include pouring over years of data and initiate numbers to assess what the threshold for success of a chapter struggling with recruitment
might be. I then direct the team on how best assist the chapter. On the expansion side, I apply and present to Universities and Colleges across North America to re-establish or create new colonies for the Fraternity. If those presentations are
approved, I coordinate with all parties to execute a plan to recruit, train, and create a strong colony that will become a Top TKE chapter and top tier Fraternity on that specific campus in the next 2-5 years following their charter. These projects typically last about a year and are overseen from start to finish.
About Me
I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. I attended Loyola University Chicago where I joined the Epsilon Kappa chapter in Fall 2013. While at Loyola I majored in Political Science and Business Administration as well as being heavily involved in chapter and school leadership positions, such as Loyola’s Student Government and their Campus Activities Network. I held the offices of Histor and had the honor of serving my chapter as Prytanis for two years. I am a proud graduate of Leadership Academy XXX. I am most proud of the hard work my chapter brothers and I put in to win a Top TKE Chapter award during my time as Prytanis.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
In my free time, I enjoy exploring and learning new things. I am a fan of history, reading, and the St. Louis Blues. I love playing a pick-up game of roller hockey with friends when I get the chance. My hobbies also include skiing, time with friends, and anything and everything St. Louis related.
