Frater Dylan John Named IFC Man of the Year at Georgia Southern

At the 2015 Fraternity and Sorority Greek Life Awards Banquet at Georgia Southern University last week, the Lambda-Upsilon colony of Tau Kappa Epsilon was presented two awards in recognition of their commitment to academic excellence: Fraternity Outstanding Academics and Highest Council Grade Point Average.

In addition to the colony's accomplishments, Frater Dylan John was named the IFC Man of the Year.

The IFC Man of the Year award at Georgia Southern is presented to a fraternity member of the Greek community who exemplifies the University's commitment to fraternal leadership, academic achievement, and leadership in the community.

"It was a great honor to be recognized amidst the Greek community as the IFC Man of the Year," said Dylan of the award.

With a significant track record of academic and organizational achievements, Frater Dylan was presented the award in front of the attendees of the Greek community.

Dylan John is a graduate of the Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. Leadership Academy, two-time attendee of the Elmer & Donna Smith Triangle Summit and has served as Hegemon and Philanthropy and Rush Chairman for the Lambda-Upsilon colony.
