Grand Epiprytanis Chris Hanson with
Chapter Prytanis Quinn Rufa

The Iota-Kappa colony at Clarkson University upgraded from their colony status and earned the recognition of chapter last month.

The re-chartering ceremony took place at the Gran-View Hotel in Ogdensburg, New York, on April 9, 2016. Grand Epiprytanis Chris Hanson was in attendance as the chief installation officer.

Clarkson University is a private research university primarily located in Potsdam, New York. Founded 1896, the university has an enrollment of roughly 4,300 students. Clarkson University ranks #8 among “Top Salary-Boosting Colleges” nationwide, as reported by CNN Money.

Frater Charles Reagan said of the chapter’s re-chartering, “The brothers of the Iota-Kappa chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon would like to thank the Grand Council, the Clarkson University Administration, and especially Alumni Advisor Edward Dominy for their continued support over the years.”

The Iota-Kappa chapter currently ranks 20th in TKE Nation in the Key Result Area Rankings. They’ve raised more than $4,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and completed 650 hours of community service.

The Offices of the Grand Chapter is proud to share the recent accomplishments of the Iota-Kappa chapter and expects great things ahead.
