Assistant Director of Programs

Donnie Aldrich
Rho-Upsilon Chapter
Franklin College

Responsibilities
As the Assistant Director of Programs, I am charged to design, implement, and provide values-based programming and educational services to the chapters, colonies, and alumni associations within the Fraternity as assigned by the Vice President of Fraternal Services. Along with the Vice President for Fraternal Services, I am responsible for all of the Fraternity's Educational Programs-from our newest program, the Blueprint, to Officer Manuals and overseeing programs such as the Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. Leadership Academy and Regional Leadership Conferences. I work to help make our men better men and to enhance their educational experience.

About Me
I was born and raised in Terre Haute, IN. I attended Franklin College and am a member of the Rho-Upsilon chapter. I graduated in 2005 with a degree in History and Political Science. While an undergraduate member, I was Grammateus for two years, served on the recruitment committee, standards board, and was intramural chairman. In addition, I played varsity golf, being named team captain my senior year, was a mentor for three years, and am especially proud of the two Top Teke chapter awards during my collegiate years.

What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I love to play all sports, but especially basketball and golf. I love to watch the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and the Atlanta Braves, as well as Indiana Basketball and Notre Dame Football (even though everyone gives me a rough time for not picking one school or the other for both sports).
