Leadership Academy: Elevating the Next Generation of Fraternal Leaders
TKE’s Leadership Academy is a transformative experience that unlocks your full leadership potential. Through immersive workshops, team challenges, and values-based training, you’ll gain the tools to lead with purpose within your chapter, community, and your future career. It’s more than a program—it’s the start of your lifelong leadership journey.
Developing Principled Leaders for TKE and Beyond
The Charles R. Walgreen Jr. TKE Leadership Academy is proud to continue the tradition of developing men into values-driven leaders. Through a structured, immersive experience, you’ll gain the tools, insights, and confidence needed to grow as an individual and as a chapter leader. Based on the examples of our Founders, the Academy challenges you to reflect on your personal values, embrace the ideals of Tau Kappa Epsilon, and shape the shared vision for the future of the Fraternity.
Blending workshops, small-group discussions, outdoor challenges, and keynote speakers, the program explores the essential pillars of Scholarship, Character, Leadership, Teamwork, Service, and Brotherhood. You’ll leave with a renewed commitment to excellence—and a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Teke for life.
