Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. TKE Leadership Academy

The Charles R. Walgreen, Jr. TKE Leadership Academy XXVIII will be held August 7-12, 2014. Take a look at what this is all about in the video below.

Once selected to attend, participants are responsible for a nominal tuition fee of $150. Sometimes this fee may be covered by the attendee's chapter, Board of Advisors, or Alumni Association. The rest of the cost of the TKE Leadership Academy is funded through donations made to the TKE Educational Foundation as well as proceeds from the Walgreen Endowment fund.

Round-trip transportation from your summer home to the TKE Leadership Academy is provided.

Any collegiate member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity in good standing with his chapter, university, and the International Fraternity is eligible. The applicant must be an active participant within his chapter and be available to attend the entire TKE Leadership Academy.

Individual applications will be reviewed by a selection committee. Each applicant should have:

  • A strong record of chapter and campus leadership positions.
  • A Grade Point Average of 2.50 (or higher) on a 4.0 scale.
  • At least one full year of active chapter participation remaining after completion of the TKE Leadership Academy.

Selection Process
