The following awards are available: Excellence in Recruitment - Results, Excellence in Recruitment - Chapter Size, Excellence in Involvement - Community Service, Excellence in Involvement - Alumni Relations, Excellence in Achievement - Academic Success, Excellence in Achievement - Extracurricular Activities. Chapters and colonies that do not meet the minimum requirements for an Excellence Award may apply for Honorable Mention.
If your chapter meets the minimum requirements for at least 4 of the 6 Excellence Awards, your chapter will be considered for recognition as Top TKE Chapter. The application is due May 15.
When a chapter makes significant improvement in the areas evaluated by the Awards program, it may be considered for the Most Improved Chapter award. The application is due May 15.
This is an individual award presented to a senior or graduate student (who has not earned this recognition before) for outstanding performance as a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. The application is due May 15.
A candidate for this award must be an active collegiate member of a chapter that has achieved extraordinary recruitment results and must be able to explain how his individual membership recruitment skills are exceptional. The application is due May 15.
The Black Book requires each chapter and colony to complete an Annual Report prior to May 15. Please use the TKE Maintenance Module to complete your report. You can also download a copy of the report if you want to review it prior to completing the on-line version: 2008-09 (pdf).
