The TKE Education Team is seeking volunteers for the 2026 Regional Leadership Conferences.

In submitting your application, your name will be placed into consideration for the RLC volunteer team.

One to three volunteers will be selected per site, depending on staffing and volunteer needs.

What do we expect?

• Arrive no later than Noon on Friday of the event. You are able to depart first thing Sunday morning of the event.
• Actively participate in all training activities including conference calls and on-site training.
• If chosen to be a RLC Volunteer, you will support the program through various capacities such as registration, TKE Store, room set and tear down, meals, transitions, and other production responsibilities.
• Put the participants first. The RLCs are for the Fraters in attendance, and we should focus our efforts as much as we can on their growth.
• Be present. We understand everyone has responsibilities at home and emergencies do arise. We fully expect our team to be present both physically and mentally to ensure the best experience for participants.
• Be willing to assist the team in any way required. This may include helping with setup, tear down, registration, and other logistical items.
• Serve as role models through words and actions. We expect each team member to help create an environment inclusive of all Fraters looking to develop their abilities.

What will TKE Provide?

• Complimentary registration including meals
• TKE Store Discount, Workbook and Giveaway
• Complimentary double room accommodations
• Friday and Saturday night of the conference
• Single room upgrade available for $200 out of pocket cost

What do you provide?

• Travel costs, to and from the RLC
• Cost for meals not covered by TKE

Applications are due by November 28th at 11:59 Pacific. Applications will be reviewed by the RLC planning team, and you will be notified of your status by December 19th.
