This is a key leader training event for volunteers in Connecticut. This event is open to all current volunteers as well as alumni who would like to volunteer to support local chapters. Each chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon is supported by a Chapter Advisor, Board of Advisors and Province Team in addition to the Headquarters Staff. Key leader training events provide an opportunity to build skills needed to effectively work with chapters. This event will be held in conjunction with the Whalers Province Forum.
