About Brian Bates
Originally from Denver, Brian is an alumnus of Drake University, Alpha-Xi Chapter in Des Moines, IA. After college, he served on the TKE Professional staff and then went on to serve as the Director of Chapter Services for Pi Sigma Epsilon.
In 2005, along with his business partner, Brian formed Elevate, a firm that specializes in fraternity and sorority alumni communication and major campaigns. They support over 130 individual chapters on their alumni communication programs and major capital campaigns and, annually, they annually host the Greek Housing Conference, a free best-practices event.
In addition to Elevate’s efforts in supporting the Greek system, Brian is still engaged with TKE as a volunteer. He currently serves as a member of the TKE Atlanta Alumni Association, on the advisory board for his home chapter, and serves on the TKE Educational Foundations Advancement Committee.
