Grand Histor

Robert L. Barr
Beta-Sigma Chapter
University of Southern California

Frater Barr was initiated into TKE in 1967 at the University of Southern California, Beta-Sigma Chapter. He is a Life Loyal Teke, and recipient of both the Teke Alumnus of the Year (2001) and TKE Triangle awards (2005).

Barr was appointed by President Ronald Reagan (Iota Chapter, Eureka College) as U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia (1986-90), served as a high ranking leader in the U.S. House of Representatives (1995-2003), and has been a columnist and contributor to several media outlets. Frater Barr currently serves as CEO of Liberty Strategies, LLC, an Atlanta-based public and governmental relations firm.
