Lake Erie College – Founding Fathers Wanted!

Redefining Fraternity at Lake Erie College. This Fall Tau Kappa Epsilon will have the privilege to begin forming a Chapter on the campus of Lake Erie College. TKE will be supporting the mission of the university by helping prepare students to meet career and life challenges as educated and responsible citizens of local, national and international communities”.

Tau Kappa Epsilon aims to accomplish this by fostering a culture and environment which instills positive values and purpose in its members, in order to make a meaningful difference. We believe that by building better men they will in turn build a better campus, community and ultimately a better world. Students will be able to embrace this unique opportunity by accepting a bid to be a Founding Father of Tau Kappa Epsilon.

The true purpose of Fraternities has too long been overshadowed by the misinterpreted "social" aspects
of their organizations.

Tau Kappa Epsilon is seeking to change this by truly redefining Fraternity across the nation. By being a part of the Lake Erie College community, we are excited to establish a group of men who are truly focused on TKE’s values-based roots.

In order to accomplish this, Tau Kappa Epsilon will be seeking morally-grounded men that want to become invested in their campus and community and who will ultimately be invested in Tau Kappa Epsilon as valued alumni as well.

When building the chapter at LEC,
Tau Kappa Epsilon will foster an environment which will assist our members in enhancing their knowledge, developing skills, clarifying values, and providing service to others. This group of men will be challenged to serve as role models for other campus organizations-setting higher standards for not only the entire Greek community, but the campus as a whole.

This will be done through a structured member education focused on:

  • Personal Growth through self-discovery and reflection
  • Instilling civic and social responsibility
  • Creating cross-cultural and global awareness
  • Aiding ethical and moral development
  • Promoting servant leadership
As a Founding Father of TKE, our members are challenged in various leadership roles.
