Housing is an important part of the fraternity experience. Good housing can serve as a tool for recruitment, retention and lead to a more complete fraternity experience. Unfortunately, sometimes our Houses do not meet the expectations of our current members or potential recruits. To meet these expectations, chapter’s need to constantly improve, repair, and maintain their facilities. Housing Day was created to help emphasize the importance of routinely working on the chapter house to create a safer, more aesthetically pleasing house that recruits and members want to live in.
