Natalie Collins Named 2008 TKE International Sweetheart

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity has named Natalie Collins, representing the Epsilon-Alpha Chapter (Saint Louis University), as the 2008 International Sweetheart.

"As TKE International Sweetheart, continuing to support the efforts of all the chapters across the world is a must," said Natalie Collins. "Tekes have made an incredible impact on society through charitable efforts, including in New Orleans helping Katrina victims, as well as the Boys and Girls Club in Las Vegas at their Conclave. I hope to contribute to these services as an effort to help all those in need."

Natalie graduated earlier this month with a 3.9 Grade Point Average majoring in Nursing. She has been heavily involved as the President of the Student Nurses Association, as well as several organizations on campus. Collins co-founded the university racquetball club, was a member of the Golden Key Society, a captain of intramural volleyball, a regular volunteer at a local soup kitchen, and a volunteer volleyball coach for Incarnate Word Academy in St. Louis.

Tau Kappa Epsilon sends heartfelt congratulations to Natalie Collins, the 2008 TKE International Sweetheart. Read more about Natalie in the summer edition of THE TEKE Magazine set to hit your doorsteps in late July.

In addition, the OGC would like to congratulate the five other finalists making this field one of the most highly contested races in recent years.

The TKE International Sweetheart is chosen based on her Grade Point Average, honors and awards of distinction, extra-curricular activities, community service and involvement with the TKE local chapter.
