Frater Jones vs. Joe Calzaghe Fight Postponed

LONDON, England - Joe Calzaghe's fight with Frater Roy Jones Jr. (Tau-Psi, Univ. of West Florida) is expected to be rescheduled for November after their September clash was postponed because of the Welshman's wrist injury.

The pair were set to meet in a light-heavyweight contest at Madison Square Garden in what was expected to be Calzaghe's farewell fight.

Frater Jones is prepared to wait and said: "I don't want him to be any less than his best. I've been informed the fight will most likely be rescheduled for November 8."

Calzaghe saw a consultant earlier this month in an attempt to determine the extent of the wrist problem.
