TKE Chapters Stronger Than Ever Before

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Tekes are improving the overall strength of the Grand Chapter. The number of chapters with less than 20 men is the lowest it's been in 14 years. The total number of TKE groups increased from 264 as of May 31, 2007 to 269 on May 31, 2008 (240 chapters and 29 colonies).

What does this mean? You are making your chapter stronger which is, in turn, making the health of the overall organization even better. Just as Fraters go to the gym to work out and become stronger mentally and physically, each chapter is increasing the number of quality men initiated into the Fraternity. As you do this, the new Fraters increase the possibilities you have as a chapter to succeed. More brain power is added to the officer corps, more money is added to chapter budgets, and, most importantly, more impact can be made on the community through service.

The strength of the chapters will continue to rise as Tekes have better experiences and create a better overall image on campuses across North America.
