Tuesday October 15th is the deadline for two important documents and bills. A Chapter's full annual assessment needs to be paid in full to James R. Favor by October 15th. Making a payment may be done through the James R. Favor Website.
Chapters that fail to meet the deadline for payment will have their chapter risk management coverage cancelled. There is a $250 re-instatement fee to gain the risk management coverage back.
Each chapter is also required to submit their 990 tax form by October 15th. If you have not submitted a form yet, please see the links provided below:
