How to Lower the Cost for RLC

How to Lower the Cost for RLC

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Spots continue to be filled for the 2014 Regional Leadership Conferences as members across TKE nation are registering for the conference that will help them become a better leader with a better network. For the members that are on the fence about whether or not they can attend this RLC season here are four ways that you could possibly cut the cost this year and attend an RLC:

1) Special Projects Fund

One option is your Special Projects Fund. Special Projects Accounts are for Undergraduate use only. These funds were donated with the intention of educational programs such as a Regional Leadership Conference. You can access your chapter's balance on the TKE MODULE by clicking on ‘dashboard'. The Module shows how many men from your chapter have registered, and the total of your Special Projects Fund Balance (Example shown below):

2) Register with a Group

Quad Rate : $229/person

Triple Rate: $259/person

Double Rate: $305/person

Single Rate: $455/person

3) Speak with Your School

Contact Student Services, Greek Life Administrators, and/or Student Government. Nearly all institutions have money allocated for student organizations to attend leadership training conferences. Often times this money goes unused, and can be accessed by asking the question.

4) Save During the Holidays

The holidays can be an excellent time to put an RLC on your wishlist. Relatives and friends can be a great source to sponsor your registration and travel to an RLC near you. This opportunity comes once a year and our enhanced curriculum will bring a unique experience to all attendees this RLC season.
