TAU KAPPA EPSILON SELECTS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The Grand Council of Tau Kappa Epsilon is pleased to announce its 13th Chief Executive Officer, Donald E. Aldrich.

Aldrich has been a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon professional staff for 6 years. During his career as a Professional Staff member, Donnie served as the Housing Director. After serving as the Housing Director, Frater Donnie found his calling when he was promoted to Director of Programs. He served in that role from August 2008 until December 2012 when he became the Director of Programs & Events. Prior to joining the Professional Staff of Tau Kappa Epsilon, he worked at Industrial Supply Company in Terre Haute, IN. Donnie's experience includes the golf industry, where he worked as an Assistant Golf Professional, a Golf Analyst and at the Gongaware Golf Academy in Franklin, IN.

"On behalf of the Grand Council, it is our honor to introduce Donnie as Tau Kappa Epsilon's Chief Executive Officer," said Grand Prytanis (International President) Bob Barr. "After an extensive CEO search, we believe that Donnie best represents the ideals of Tau Kappa Epsilon. Donnie's exemplary leadership, professionalism, and integrity showcase the type of frater we were looking for in our next CEO."

"I am truly humbled and honored to be the next CEO of this organization that we all love so much," said Frater Aldrich. "Thank you to the Grand Council for your trust and belief in me. No man has the ability to have this honor bestowed upon him without an unbelievable amount of help. I have the best family that anyone could ask for along with a phenomenal wife and son. Besides these folks who have molded me, I have had another family that has played a vital role in my growth and ability to lead this organization – the professional staff. TKE has the best staff in the Greek World, hands down."

He continued, "My challenge to you as I begin my tenure is to expect and ask for excellence from the men and women of our staff, because we will be expecting excellence from all of you and your groups back home, an excellence that we all know you have inside. I am excited at this amazing responsibility and looking forward to building Better Men for a Better World with all of you."

Aldrich was a 2001 initiate of the Rho-Upsilon chapter at Franklin College. During his time at Rho-Upsilon, he served as Intramural Chairman, Histor, and Grammateus for 2 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science in 2005. Effective immediately, Frater Aldrich assumes his role and full responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer.

Founded January 10, 1899 at Illinois Wesleyan University, Tau Kappa Epsilon is one of the world's largest social fraternities with chapters on more than 270 campuses in the United States and Canada. TKE has initiated more than 260,000 men since its founding. The Fraternity aims to build Better Men for a Better World.
