What Does Headquarters Actually Do - Technology

In our second of series on "What Does Headquarters Actually Do?", the Offices of the Grand Chapter highlights the exciting technology advancements we have made over the last twelve months.

Chapter Websites (tke.org/chapterwebsites) – Chapter Websites are a free marketing tool we provide to all chapters and colonies in TKE Nation.  After several months in development, we have launched a brand new Chapter Website engine.  We will purchase and maintain a domain name for your chapter. MyTKE (mytke.org) – TKE has also recently launched MyTKE.org – an individualized experience for every Frater in the Bond. Features include being able to keep in touch with your chapter's news updates, view upcoming events in your area, viewing chapter/colony officers and the group's Key Result Area scorecard, updating your contact information and supporting the TKE Educational Foundation. Last week, we also announced two additional features – My TKE Experience and a digital Blueprint Tracker. With over 150 badges, the My TKE Experience rewards you for everything you've done to support Tau Kappa Epsilon. For collegiate chapters and colonies that are on the Blueprint, the Blueprint tracker gives you the ability to track your progress through the Blueprint, submit all of your materials electronically, and have your Hegemon approve your completion of the Blueprint levels digitally.

THE TEKE magazine (theteke.org) – We have launched an Enhanced Digital Edition of The Teke magazine. The Enhanced Digital Edition gives you the ability to jump through multiple pages of the magazine, view more information, and its mobile optimized for easy reading on tablets and phones. You can also subscribe to receive an email notification of the release of the new magazine. The 68-page Summer 2014 issue of THE TEKE was released early last week.

Chapter Module (module.tke.org) – Every Chapter Officer, Rush Chairman, Philanthropy Chairman, and every Volunteer in TKE Nation can access the TKE Chapter Module. The Chapter Module is a tool to help you report your successes and keep TKE Headquarters updated.  It lists your group's Key Result Areas and Financial Summary with the Offices of the Grand Chapter. It also allows you to submit new candidates, submit Philanthropy & Community Service, and submit Events & News to be listed on TKE.org or THE TEKE magazine. Through the Chapter Module, we continue to build more tools to help you manage your chapter/colony.
