eCompliance 2.0 Release

eCompliance 2.0 Release

INDIANAPOLIS - Tau Kappa Epsilon’s release of the eCompliance program last year demonstrated the Fraternity’s commitment as a leader in the fraternal world. The program covered topics including illegal substances, underage drinking and the prevention of sexual assault and was required to be completed by all collegiate members.

To reinforce the Fraternity’s efforts, eCompliance 2.0 has been designed to re-educate members on TKE’s Risk Management Resources and introduce any changes to TKE’s Risk Management Guidelines.

All returning members who have completed the original eCompliance program are required to complete eCompliance 2.0 by logging into edu.tke.org, watching a short video and scoring least a 90% on the assessment by December 1, 2015.

a. Yes. Each member must sign in to their account and complete the assessment. Members can click on the video portion of the program and check the box stating that "On the bond" they have watched the entire video. Once clicked the members will be able to complete their eCompliance 2.0 assessment. This is done in order to allow us to individually track who has completed the program.

12. "Is Nationals doing this just to protect themselves?"

a. No. eCompliance was designed to help our members better understand the fraternity's Risk Management Guidelines. Whether a member completes eCompliance or not, they are still responsible for following our guidelines. If they fail to follow the guidelines, they can be excluding themselves from coverage under our insurance policy. eCompliance is an easy to use educational program that is intended to help our members make better Risk Management choices and avoid being excluded from our insurance coverage.

While this list covers the most commonly asked questions, we acknowledge other questions will arise during interactions with members. Should you not know the answer to the question, please inform the member that you will get the answer for them, and will reach back out to them with the answer to their question. Then contact either Pat Gleason or Gregory Roskopf. Should we frequently receive the same question, we will communicate this answer to the Fraternity's Professional Staff and volunteer team and update this document.
