INDIANAPOLIS - The Offices of the Grand Chapter is hiring for two positions - Chief Operating Officer and Fraternal Services Consultant! Applications are due by March 20th at 11:59 PM Pacific.

Chief Operating Officer

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, assuming a key role in the overall operational management of Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE). The COO has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all Fraternal Services activities of TKE. This includes direct responsibility for membership growth, expansion, education, travel, and programs for the Fraternity.

Fraternal Services Consultant

Be an ambassador of Tau Kappa Epsilon and the Offices of the Grand Chapter. Serve as an operational and management consultant for chapters, colonies, and alumni volunteers within a designated area. Promote leadership in, and on behalf of, assigned undergraduate chapters, colonies, and alumni volunteers within the area. Ensure each chapter, colony, and alumni volunteer within the area is provided with value based programming and proper education. Mentor and provide member support in the areas of leadership development, academic achievement, volunteerism, business principles, personal life skills, and risk management issues.
