Conclave Credentials & Arrears

Conclave Credentials & Arrears

Every two years, in odd numbered years, TKE's Conclave provides an experience that is unparalleled with any other TKE experience. Often chapter officers, chapter corporations, board of advisors, alumni association officers, and others are caught off guard when they arrive at Conclave and are told that they are unable to be seated as the official "Voting Delegate" to conduct business.

TKE's International Bylaws and Constitution direct the CEO to complete certain pre-Conclave activities as it relates to delinquent accounts. Specifically, "the Chief Executive Officer shall report to the Judiciary Committee, at its meeting prior to each Conclave, any chapter, Chapter Corporation or Board of Advisors in arrears to the International Fraternity on any of its obligations or for any fees which it is required to collect and remit to the Offices of the Grand Chapter, and no delegate from such chapter shall be permitted a seat or vote in the Grand Chapter."

The following is a list of chapters who are PAST DUE and carry balances in arrears. The list is automatically updated based on Chapter/Colony Statement balances as reported through the Chapter Module.

Please CONTACT TKE's Collegiate Finance Specialist, Jimmy A. McClenan by calling 317-872-6533 (8:30 AM and 5:00 PM ET) or by email at jmcclenan@tke.org.  If you believe a chapter has been included on this list in error, please contact Jimmy A. McClenan to confirm your chapter's payment plan and to settle your account.

Chapters who have not made suitable repayment arrangements by Conclave will not be seated at Conclave 2019 in Orlando, FL.
