TKE Needs a Few Good Men and Women

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity is accepting applications for two key positions on the Fraternity's professional staff. TKE is looking for qualified, motivated individuals to serve as its Housing Coordinator and Assistant Director of Programs.

The TKE Housing Coordinator serves as part of the Fraternity's operations staff, and acts as a resource to our chapters and alumni housing boards related to obtaining, maintaining, and enhancing chapter housing operations. The Housing Coordinator is a relatively new position to TKE helping connect chapters with quality providers putting together capital campaigns, enhancing alumni communication, connecting housing boards with service providers to enhance chapter housing operations, and puts together other resources to assist our collegiates and volunteers operate high quality housing programs. A successful applicant will have experience managing multiple projects, understand how to connect various parties so they can work together collaboratively on campus housing concerns, and will have the ability to assist the staff , the TKE Board of Directors (Grand Council), and TKE Educational Foundation Board develop a successful long-term housing strategy. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or higher, with two or more years of related experience desired, but not required. This is an entry to mid-level position on the TKE staff, and compensation/benefits are competitive, commensurate with experience and the Fraternity's financial means.

TKE's Assistant Director of Programs works in conjunction with the Vice President for Fraternal Services in developing high quality content and resource material for TKE's leadership training programs, namely the Regional Leadership Conferences , TKE Leadership Academy , Alumni Volunteer Academy , province education conferences, and our upcoming comprehensive member development program. A successful applicant will have the ability to write well, communicate effectively with others, and help with all phases of program/conference management and implementation. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or higher, with two or more years of related work experience desired, but not required. This is an entry to mid-level position on the TKE staff, and compensation/benefits are competitive, commensurate with experience and the Fraternity's financial means.
