Have you seen the improvements?
First things first, do you know what the Membership Maintenance Module is? If you are an officer of the chapter, you should have access to this important tool. You don’t? Let us know so we can fix that. The MMM is the primary tool to update officer roles, contact information, report new members, reconcile insurance and annual membership dues, report philanthropic and service accomplishments, and now even more.
Each chapter now has a snapshot and scorecard available to see how your chapter stacks up in the TKE Nation. This is a great tool to gauge your efforts and set new goals for the chapter or colony.
On the front page is a chapter summary. This includes:
- Chapter KRAs (Key Result Areas)
- New Members
- Education (Attendance at RLC, Conclave, etc.)
- Service (Hours)
- Philanthropy (Dollars)
- Academics
- Alumni Association
- Involvement (Campus, other orgs)
All of this information, compiling the difference between goal and actual, is given a score based on the results. As reports come in the information is uploaded and tallied.
The next piece is the Chapter Financial Summary. This shows:
- Chapter Statement Balance
- Willis HRH Total Balance (Insurance)
- ACP Resources Balance
The AMF Worksheet, Involvement Report, 2010-11 Annual Report (Due May 15), Community Service Hours, and Philanthropic Dollars are also shown.
On the right side you can easily find your visitation report, main chapter contacts and volunteer & staff contacts. This alleviates the need to search through various menu items and get the most important information quickly.
From there you can navigate the left side column to dive into specifics of each area shown on the front page. All of these changes were made to simplify the interface for the most used technology in TKE.
