Conclave 2011 Pricing Announced

Conclave 2011 San AntonioINDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The most anticipated program of 2011 is just around the corner. It’s time to start planning for Conclave in San Antonio, Texas and the Offices of the Grand Chapter is proud to announce pricing for the big event. Get your days off and mark on your calendar: Out-of-town August 4-7 at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio.

You should note that base pricing is exactly the same as 2009 and more details will come soon about any discounts that may become available. Keep in mind, if you are a chapter, the Conclave Savings Plan is designed to send at least two individuals or give lower rates to everyone who wants to go (see example below). In addition, universities and colleges have grants available to send groups to leadership conferences such as this - so be sure to inquire about these with your Greek Advisor or Student Services professional.

*Alumni does not include housing (Hotel is $149 per night with taxes)

Only groups that have paid their Conclave Savings Plan will be able to use the money allocated to them ($1000 if paid each semester since Fall 2009). You can apply this credit, if it applies, at checkout. An example of using the CSP money: 

Eight People from Omega-Omega Chapter want to register at the Bundle Rate of $524 per person. So, $524 X 8 people (or $4,192) - $1000 in CSP makes the total owed $3,192. Each person now owes $399. Also, if they register together they can all use separate credit cards. The package includes convention registration, three nights lodging, meals, off-site event and educational programming. If you have any questions, please email us. We will return all questions in the order they come in and as quickly as possible (based on volume and depth of questions).
