Frater Creates Men's Fashion Site
LOS ANGELES, Calif. - In today’s fashion world, typically women are the focus of advertisements and websites leaving men to fend for themselves. Frater Erik Huberman (Kappa-Tau Re-Founding Father) has decided to change that with his launch of swagofthemonth.com. For a small fee, his company searches through the latest men’s fashion to pair you with t-shirts that will help you stand out in the crowd.
Along with co-founder Austin Smith, Frater Erik saw a need and decided it was time to make this happen. The site offers its customers name brand designer t-shirts that match their style every month for $9/ month. He credits his experience in TKE and education at the University of Arizona as fueling his entrepreneurial spirit.
"This is a new way for people to be sent the newest trends in men's fashion, keep up to date, and all for a low cost to our customers," said Frater Erik. “Serving as Hegemon and Epiprytanis during my years in college was so beneficial to my new career endeavor."
The company asks a simple question, ‘who has time to actually find new clothes and become a trend setter these days?’ The problem, they say, is that it seems anyone who owned a crayon set as a kid is now calling themselves a "clothing designer" and opening an online store. This has made it near impossible for the average consumer to find new clothing companies that are worth buying from without spending hours weeding through the "fashion nightmares."
They believe their site provides hope to the fashionably challenged. Every month, they send you a package with a t-shirt from either a current and trendy designer or an up and coming designer. They weed through everything and send you what they deem as true "swag."
Check them out online or email Frater Erik for more information. Congrats to him and his co-founder on the launch of the site.
