Responsibilities
As an Associate Regional Director, I am an ambassador of Tau Kappa Epsilon and the Offices of the Grand Chapter. I promote leadership in, and on behalf of, assigned collegiate chapters, colonies, and interest groups. I will be a leader in growing healthier groups. In addition, I will provide value based programming to the chapters, colonies, and interest groups within my region and educate members in the areas of leadership development, academic achievement, volunteerism, business principles, personal life skills, and risk management issues.
About Me
I was born in New York, but spent most of my life prior to college in Spring Hill, Florida. I was initiated into the Sigma-Theta Colony at Saint Leo University in the spring of 2005. With the hard work and dedication of the Fraters of Sigma-Theta and me, we were re-chartered on April 27, 2007. Throughout fraternity experience, I served as social chairman, Histor, Hypophetes and Prytanis. I am a graduate of Leadership Academy XX and the American Leadership Academy in 2008. I am the past recipient of the Teke of the Year Award in our chapter, and, as Prytanis, helped guide Sigma-Theta toward being awarded Outstanding Fraternity of the Year in 2007-2008 by Saint Leo University. I also served as a member of the Student Involvement Staff for three years, Orientation Coordinator for two years, Student Government Union Vice President of Activities, and, most recently, President of Student Government. I graduated with a B.A. in International Hospitality and Tourism Management in May of 2008.
What I Like To Do in My Free Time
I love going to the movies or watching one of my many DVD’s at home. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family whenever the time allows, and am always up for something new and exciting to do.
