Regional Director

Todd Farmer
Xi-Theta Chapter
University of West Georgia

Responsibilities
As a Regional Director, I am responsible for the success of the chapters and colonies in my region. I am assisted by other members of the Regional Servicing Team, specifically Grand Province Advisors and Province Advisors. I coordinate chapter visitation and ensure that we have fully developed action plans for recruitment, education, and training in all our chapters and colonies. I conduct volunteer training conferences, work with interest groups, interface with chapter officers during crises, and also visit groups that need special on-site assistance.

About Me
I was initiated into Xi-Theta Chapter at West Georgia College in May of 1988. As an undergraduate Frater, I held the positions of Rush Chairman, Hypophetes, Epiprytanis and Prytanis. I have served as the president of Xi-Theta's Alumni Association, as well as a Rush Coach.

Prior to coming on staff in 1993 as a Chapter Management Consultant, I taught high school social studies in Carroll County, Georgia. I was later promoted to Senior Chapter Management Consultant and then became Associate Director of Chapter Development and Northeast Regional Director. I was Director of Marketing and Coordinator of the Fraternity's Centennial Celebration and was inducted into the Southern Order of Honor at the 1999 Conclave in Indianapolis. At the 2001 Conclave, I was inducted into the Order of the North.

I was Director of Member Services and editor of The Teke Magazine for two years and Expansion Coordinator. Since June 2002, I have served the Fraternity as the Northeast Regional Director.
