Hazing Prevention is Paramount

Hazing Prevention is Paramount

It has been a busy few months for those involved in hazing prevention. The tragic death of Robert Champion at Florida A&M has brought an incredible amount of media attention to the issue of hazing. A wide variety of national media outlets, including CNN, USA Today, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal have devoted considerable attention to hazing in the last few months. A Florida Congresswoman has announced her plans to introduce legislation that would restrict students that are found responsible for hazing from receiving federal financial aid. Without question, both high schools and colleges are under more scrutiny than ever before regarding how Greeks are addressing hazing on campus.

As you will see below, TKE is not alone in the fight to end hazing. It's a problem everyone faces each day and it needs to be eliminated.
