Tau Kappa Epsilon hosts an online officer training specifically for chapter Hypophetes. The training is broken up into watching two videos before hand. Afterwards, you can join Hypophetes from your region in a training session.

The Hypophetes develops the ritual schedules in conjunction with the Hegemon and Prytanis and administers the oath of officers elect. The role also counsels members about academic progress and difficulties, arranging for further help, tutoring and counseling as needed. As if those roles were not important enough, the Hypophetes also works to maintain the chapter morale at a high level. In this video, Todd Farmer will walk you through what you need to know to get started as a successful Hypophetes.
