Alumni Volunteer Academy
When: June 8 - 11, 2023 Eastern
Where: Georgia State University
Atlanta, GA 30303
The William V. Muse Alumni Volunteer Academy (AVA) is designed as TKE’s premier volunteer training opportunity for local level volunteers. This year’s program has a second track focusing on skill development for those wanting to learn facilitation and program development.
Primarily, the AVA focuses on the individual to develop their personal leadership and mentoring style to guide and impact chapter performance. Sessions will be led by the Professional Staff and volunteer leaders in the Fraternity. This program is more than simply learning what the Key Result Areas are for the year or how to use the TKE Chapter Module. It explores the volunteer mindset to help you visualize the big picture of how to play an impactful role in TKE's success for decades to come. It aids your growth as a leader in the Fraternity’s mission to aid men in their mental, moral and social development for life.
The 2023 William V. Muse Alumni Volunteer Academy is open to any TKE volunteer serving as a Chapter Advisor, Board of Advisors Member, or Housing Corporation Board Member. The facilitation track is open to any volunteer interested in growing their skillset in delivering high quality programming. Spots are limited so do not wait to submit your application.
