Office & HR Manager
As the Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager for Tau Kappa Epsilon, I directly support the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, The Foundation, and the Grand Council. I oversee all office operations, purchasing of supplies, awards and equipment. I am also responsible for managing all aspects of H.R. tasks from the hiring process, payroll reporting, conducting performance reviews, record keeping, creating job descriptions, while maintaining the employee handbook and other H.R. policies.
I am originally from the greater Pittsburgh area and grew up in Eighty-Four, PA (The home of 84 Lumber). I attended undergraduate at Gannon University (Delta-Chi) Chapter of TKE. There I held offices of Prytanis, Epiprytanis, Grammateus, Pylortes and Histor. I majored in International Business and completed an internship abroad, in Perth, Western Australia with The American Chamber of Commerce.
After graduation I served as a volunteer for several years as assistant chapter advisor, Province advisor and Grand Province advisor in the Steel Republic Province. I attended graduate school at California University of Pennsylvania MBA and worked with the TKE chapter (Zeta-Omega). I received the Presidential Scholar Award, Order of Omega and Graduate Student of the Year awards during my time on campus.
I worked in the grocery industry and held management positions for over 15 years, including Human Resources. Working as a staff member of TKE has always been a career goal of mine.
