Communications and the Chapter Visit

What do you do on a chapter visit? How do you make your time with a group more impactful? Over the past year, in-person chapter visitation more-or-less came to a halt. While many conversations were had virtually, the face-to-face meeting will make a return. We must be prepared to balance the use of technology in working with our chapters, our leaders, and key stakeholders. During this session we will focus on how to prep and execute a chapter visit, including potential topics and how to best communicate with your groups.
